Job summary

Kohler Hospitality is seeking a Production Associate II for a fast-paced, upscale environment in Kohler, WI. You will prepare, package, serve, and merchandise premium products while delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining quality and clean standards.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years or older and able to obtain ServSafe certification.
• Food production or service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge and passion for food and preparation.
• Ability to read and follow a recipe.
• Ability to operate slicers, scales and other equipment safely.
• Ability to use POS systems and handle cash.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with product selection and provide tips on preparation.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on products and pairings.
• Slice, weigh, cut, trim and package products per store standards.
• Prepare fresh foods according to recipes and standards.
• Label items correctly and maintain attractive cases.
• Rotate stock and maintain department organization.
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and equipment.
• Monitor product freshness and coordinate with other departments.
• Support training of new team members as needed.
