Job Summary

The Concessions Manager will assist in leading concession operations, manage staff, oversee inventory controls, and ensure high-quality service during events. This role will drive operational excellence and help deliver unforgettable experiences to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee day-to-day concession operations

+ Manage staffing, scheduling, and team training

+ Monitor inventory levels and conduct monthly counts

+ Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards

+ Collaborate with vendors and internal departments

+ Maintain high guest service standards at all location

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred

+ 3+ years of experience in concessions or foodservice management

+ Proficiency in inventory and POS systems

+ ServSafe or similar food safety certification

+ Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
