Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a proactive Fitness Coach to deliver high-quality personal and small group training, helping members achieve lasting results and build strong relationships within a premium coaching environment.

You will grow your client book, engage in consultative selling, and receive a guaranteed base rate with additional earnings from coaching sessions and sales commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with CPR/AED; CPT certification or related degree in exercise science.
• Ability to grow client base and deliver results.
• Sales mindset to convert prospects to clients.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and program design.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal and small group training sessions.
• Grow and retain a strong client base through consultative selling.
• Design personalized fitness programs for clients.
