Qualifications

• Two to five years previous high-end restaurant or hotel experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with established recipes and presentation standards for guests at the bar and throughout dining areas.
• Greet and engage guests in a warm, professional manner throughout their experience.
• Deliver attentive service, including taking orders, delivering beverages, and monitoring guest satisfaction.
• Execute all opening and closing duties.
• Restock and maintain par levels of all beverages needed for service.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Answer menu questions, provide recommendations, and communicate dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Verifies ID to ensure guests are of legal drinking age; handle cash and card transactions via POS systems.
