Diesel in Las Vegas seeks a Sales Associate to grow brand presence in a new market, lead a team of fashion enthusiasts, and deliver a world-class client experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive personal sales, maintain product knowledge, and uphold Diesel standards in customer service and visual merchandising. This role embodies a premium denim culture and offers opportunities to evolve within the OTB Group.

• Experience in luxury or premium fashion preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet personal sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Assist in achieving store goals and meet personal sales targets through excellent customer service and brand representation.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Diesel history, customer service policies, product details, and store procedures.
• Deliver top performance in line with Diesel service standards, visual merchandising, and guidelines.
• Execute Omni Channel service initiatives.
