Qualifications

• 5–8 years of F&B management in entertainment venues.

• Proficiency with POS, purchasing and inventory systems.
• Experience managing budgets and resources.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Union staff experience preferred.
• DOH certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Sets direction for supervisory team and front-line staff to ensure consistent guest experience in premium F&B outlets and events.
• Tracks sales trends and adjusts offerings to maximize profitability; responds to service breakdowns promptly.
• Coordinates daily labor, staffing levels and breaks for seamless service delivery.
• Maintains inventory of food, beverage and disposables; collaborates with Finance on counts.
• Collaborates with other departments on initiatives and ensures compliance with DOH/regulations.
• Leads beverage-focused initiatives across outlets including cocktails and wine development.
• Manages payroll accurately per company guidelines and deadlines.
• Acts as liaison between Premium Services and ground operations.
• Leads recruitment, hiring and development of supervisors and staff with ongoing training.
• Conducts periodic meetings covering DOH guidelines and product changes.
• Maintains integrity and positive attitude while engaging team members.
• Supervises Premium F&B Operations Supervisors and ensures guest experiences.
• Upholds appearance guidelines and on-site professionalism.
