The role supervises catering staff and collaborates with culinary teams to deliver exceptional service for sports, concerts and events. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of F&B management, strong POS and inventory skills, and experience with catering

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of F&B management experience in entertainment venues or hotels.
• Proficiency with POS, purchasing and inventory systems.
• Experience managing budgets and resource allocations.
• Experience with catering software (Caterease, Triple Seat, Delphi) or similar programs.
• Track record of measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Sets direction for supervisory team to ensure guest experience across premium catering outlets and events.
• Tracks sales trends and recommends adjustments to maximize profitability and cost control.
• Coordinates daily labor, staffing levels, and break schedules for seamless service.
• Maintains inventory of food, beverage and disposables; collaborates with Finance on counts.
• Manages Catering storage spaces and assists with supplier and venue coordination.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding, coaching and development of supervisory staff.
