Job summary

Barton Perreira is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Bozeman location. You will engage clients, present premium eyewear, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience with a focus on service excellence.

We value a passion for eyewear design, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Prior eyewear or fashion sales experience is a plus, and an optician license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience; eyewear, jewelry, or fashion experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for eyewear and quality design.
• Flexible availability for occasional evenings and weekends.
• Optician license or certification preferred, but not required.
