Job summary

Thélios is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for Barton Perreira at our Aspen, Colorado location. You will welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build long-lasting relationships while meeting sales targets. Knowledge of eyewear and strong customer service are essential.

The role requires a flexible schedule with potential evening or weekend work. A passion for design and diversity, and an entrepreneurial spirit, will help you succeed in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Sales experience (eyewear, jewelry, fashion a plus).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all partners and clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for eyewear and quality design.
• Flexible schedule as occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
• An optician license or certification is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable in the environment and educate them about the brand.
• Build and cultivate long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Meet individual and store sales targets and goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the end result of improving sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction.
• Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
