Job summary

Legends Global in New York seeks a Premium Manager for Etihad Park to drive revenue through premium seating, suites, lounges and clubs, and to develop strategies for seasonal, multi-year, and single-event bookings with corporate and individual clients.

You will lead a team, manage inventory and service standards, and collaborate with NYCFC premium sales and other partners to ensure premium experiences that exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in high-volume hospitality.
• Experience managing suites and premium clubs is a plus.
• Familiar with union environments and labor relations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Suite/Club operations and staff scheduling to ensure service levels.
• Oversee inventory control, par-stocks, and cost controls.
• Develop and implement training for staff and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain guest relations and elevate premium guest experiences.
• Collaborate with NYCFC premium sales and park partners.
