Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Premium Services Manager to lead premium hospitality spaces for events at the Fishers Event Center. The role focuses on client relations, menu development, and flawless service delivery during live events.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with culinary and sales teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across suites, lounges, and catered spaces. Prior experience in hospitality leadership and menu planning is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years hospitality experience including 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with suite holders, premium members, and catering clients; communicate before/after events and resolve issues.
• Serve as the operational leader for all premium hospitality spaces during events; ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef to create catering and suite menus.
• Present catering menu proposals to clients with accuracy and impact.
• Attend client meetings and pre-event planning to align on expectations and details.
• Communicate menu offerings and event details clearly to stakeholders while maintaining excellent service.
• Hire, train, and schedule event staff; contribute to training for service techniques, menu presentation, and policies.
• Oversee premium hospitality operations across suites, clubs, lounges, and private events; ensure excellence in service, presentation, and operations.
• Develop relationships with tenant representatives and communicate updates on offerings and opportunities.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
