Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Suite Attendant for Fishers Event Center. You will ensure guests in suites or premium rooms enjoy a comfortable experience, from pre-event setup to post-event clearing.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year in foodservice, and an Indiana Server Liquor License with Indiana Excise training. Strong guest service and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced venue environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a foodservice position.
• Indiana Server Liquor License and Indiana Excise training completion required.
• Strong guest service, communication, and organizational abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Set up suites before events, including chafing dishes, plates, silverware, and ambiance.
• Take and place game-day food and beverage orders and serve guests during events.
• Replenish items and maintain cleanliness and order in the suite throughout the event.
• Obtain host signatures on charges promptly and reset suite for next function.
• Close out and vacate the suite with supervisor/manager approval; perform other duties as assigned.
