Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 3–6 years of progressive management experience in catering, banquets, special events, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and event P&L management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, delegation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout event planning and execution.
• Collaborate with the Event Sales team to ensure accurate and successful event execution.
• Manage all event logistics including timelines, floorplans, menus, staffing, rentals, and vendor coordination.
• Lead food & beverage planning with clients including menu development and tastings.
• Attend weekly event and hospitality leadership meetings.
• Oversee event load-in, operations, and load-out with pre-event briefings.
• Coordinate insurance and compliance documents with vendors and internal teams.
• Support financial reporting including event P&Ls and post-event recaps.
