Legends Global is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for One World Observatory in New York, NY. You will lead a premium Café/Restaurant, manage staff, inventory, and guest service to maximize profitability and uphold Legends standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on culinary experience in a high-end environment and a professional degree or certification, plus a food handler’s certificate. On-site, flexible hours, and a comprehensive benefits package offered.

• Lead pre-shift meetings and maintain restaurant image and standards.

• Advise guests on menus/beverages and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure special occasion arrangements are flawlessly executed.
• Oversee administrative duties including invoices, payroll, and reporting.
