Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Premium Services Supervisor for the Fishers Event Center. The role involves supervising Premium staff, coordinating food preparation, and ensuring high-quality guest service across suites and premium areas during events.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in venues or restaurants, be certified in Indiana Server Liquor and Excise training, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills to support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar venue or restaurant.
• Must possess a valid Indiana Server Liquor License and Indiana Excise training certificates.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to work with staff across departments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct hourly Premium staff.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Warehouse on timing and production of functions.
• Ensure high level guest service at suites and premium areas.
• Attend event-related meetings and relay changes to other departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory controls for suites and premium club areas.
• Troubleshoot and operate point of sale equipment as needed.
