Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain ServSafe certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Prior catering/food service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package catering orders per customer specs and store standards.
• Ensure items are fresh, labeled, and well presented.
• Communicate pickup times, delivery details, and special requests with clients.
• Assist with last-minute changes or adjustments with a solution-focused approach.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of catered events, in-store and off-site.
• Deliver orders as needed and maintain a tidy prep area.
• Monitor inventory and notify management to restock.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is clean, functional, and stored properly.
• Adhere to dress code and grooming standards for an upscale environment.
