Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a dining services server to deliver Platinum Service® in our community. You will provide residents and guests with a high-quality dining experience, serving meals, beverages, and snacks while maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Responsibilities include setting up and clearing dining areas, taking orders, and assisting with events. Candidates should be able to work with elderly residents and comply with all safety and sanitation

Qualifications

• Must be able to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Deal tactfully with residents, families, staff and visitors.
• Capable of working with elderly and emotionally upset people within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are appetizing and visually appealing.
• Provide Platinum Service with every dining experience.
• Set up dining room and equipment before and after meals.
• Take meal orders, answer menu questions, and ensure portion control.
• Follow sanitary regulations at all times.
• Assist in events and special occasions with snacks and service.
