Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Server to provide residents and guests with an exceptional dining experience and Platinum Service®. This full-time role supports the community's dining operations, set-up, delivery, and sanitation to ensure top-quality service.

Shifts include 7AM-2PM and 11AM-7PM; wage starts at $14/hr. Candidates should be able to work with residents, families, and team members to maintain a welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• Food service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• Distribute and collect menus as necessary.
• Take meal orders, serve food and beverages, and answer questions regarding the menu.
• Follow sanitary regulations at all times.
• Provide Platinum Service with each dining experience.
• Set up meal trays, food carts and dining room with utensils, napkins, and clean common areas.
• Assist in checking resident trays before distribution.
• Pour beverages and assist residents with opens containers.
• Prepare and deliver snacks for events and parties.
• Bus tables during and after meals.
• Provide support to other dining rooms during events and activities.
• Clean dining room area according to schedules.
