Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Server to provide residents and guests with an exceptional dining experience and Platinum Service in our community.

You will take orders, serve meals and beverages, ensure sanitation, and help set up dining areas while supporting other dining rooms during events.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with elderly residents in a care environment are essential; experience in food service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Food service and/or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Take meal orders, serve food and beverages, and answer questions regarding the menu.
• Follow sanitary regulations at all times.
• Provide Platinum Service with each dining experience.
• Set up meal trays and dining room with utensils and napkins.
• Bus tables during and after meals.
• Clean dining room area per schedules.
