Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Server to provide residents and guests with an outstanding dining experience at our community in Stillwater, MN. The Server will deliver Platinum Service with every interaction and ensure sanitary standards are followed.

Shifts are 6:30am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm. Wage is $16.50-$18.50 hourly depending on experience. Duties include taking orders, serving meals and beverages, bussing tables, and supporting dining room operations during events.

Qualifications

Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
Food service and/or hospitality experience preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, residents and families.
Ability to work with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset people.

Responsibilities

Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
Distribute and collect menus as necessary.
Take meal orders, serve food and beverages, and answer questions regarding the menu.
Follow sanitary regulations at all times.
Provide Platinum Service with each dining experience.
Set up meal trays, food carts and dining room with utensils, salt and pepper, napkins, and clean areas before and after meals.
