Job summary

The Glenridge on Palmer Ranch in Sarasota, FL is seeking a friendly Server to provide excellent dining service to our members and guests, greet and seat them, present specials, take and deliver orders, and ensure accurate billing.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean tables, supporting event catering, and upholding health and safety standards; prior server experience is preferred, English proficiency required, and a flexible schedule is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a server or wait staff preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Knowledge of processes for providing customer service and evaluating satisfaction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation regulations preferred.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat members and guests; present specials and take orders.
• Deliver food and beverages; ensure accurate billing.
• Provide dessert, coffee service, and bid farewell to guests.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and assist with side duties as needed.
• Support catering events and assist other servers as required.
• Follow health, safety, and facility policies.
