Job summary

The Busser position at The Steak House within Bighorn-Golf-Club offers a role in a refined, fast-paced dining environment. You will assist servers and hosts, prepare dining areas for service, and reset tables promptly to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities include stocking stations, polishing glassware, and supporting floor operations while maintaining cleanliness and a professional demeanor during service and events.

Qualifications

• Six months of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Food Handler’s Safety Certification.
• RBS or equivalent Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, polished, and welcoming demeanor throughout service.
• Assist with setup, reset, and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
• Stock and maintain server stations with ice, water, glassware, and linens.
• Serve and replenish water for Members and guests throughout service.
• Polish and restock glassware, silverware, and plateware to ensure presentation readiness.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and quietly, maintaining The Steak House’s refined atmosphere.
• Transport dishware and glassware to appropriate areas efficiently and safely.
• Assist in food running and guest service support as directed by management.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of assigned workstations.
• Monitor cleanliness in dining areas and restrooms, addressing spills or maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for special events as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and service standards to anticipate server and guest needs.
