Job summary

FOH - Great Oak Steakhouse in Temecula, CA is seeking a Busser to support servers and enhance guest experience. Bussers clear tables, reset settings, and maintain water and bread service while assisting servers and engaging guests with friendly, personalized service.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of food service experience, with TIPS and Food Handler's Card within the first 90 and 30 days respectively. This role reinforces Pechanga’s Four Diamond customer service expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in a food service environment (preferred).
• TIPS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Food Handler's Card within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Clearing tables after guests finish meals.
• Clearing all soiled china, glassware, and flatware during dining.
• Resetting tables to standard as designated by management.
• Maintaining water service throughout the meal.
• Providing bread service to each table as specified by the outlet.
• Assisting servers with small duties during service to please guests.
• Acting as an ambassador for guests and relaying messages to servers as needed.
• Providing personalized guest service at every table and greeting guests warmly.
• Other duties as assigned.
