Job summary

BIGHORN Golf Club in Palm Desert, CA is seeking a part-time seasonal Busser for The Steak House to support servers and hosts while ensuring an elegant dining experience for Members and guests.

You will help prepare dining areas, reset tables, restock stations, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment. Prior restaurant or private club experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Food Handler’s Safety Certification.
• RBS or equivalent Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, polished, and welcoming demeanor throughout service.
• Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts.
• Assist with setup, reset, and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
• Stock and maintain server stations with ice, water, glassware, and linens.
• Serve and replenish water for Members and guests throughout service.
• Polish and restock glassware, silverware, and plateware to ensure presentation readiness.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and quietly, maintaining refinement.
• Transport dishware and glassware to appropriate areas safely.
• Assist in food running and guest service support as directed by management.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of assigned workstations.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for special events as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and service standards to anticipate needs.
