Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, TX, is seeking a Busser for our Double Cut Steak House to support servers and maintain a welcoming, clean dining environment. You will help deliver friendly, efficient service and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

In this role you will keep tables tidy, assist with seating, and collaborate with team members to uphold our high service standards within a vibrant resort setting.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Must be self‑directed to work on your own during busy times.
• Restaurant, hotel, resort, or customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Take dirty tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in the appropriate areas for washing.
• Between seating, promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booths. Check floors and clean them as required. Reset and arrange tabletop.
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean and replenish supplies as needed and/or alert the common area cleaners of problem areas.
• Communicate with server and hostess/host to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
