7 For All Mankind, a Los Angeles-based premium denim leader, is seeking a Store Manager (Full-Time) to lead a store team, recruit top talent, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As the store leader, you will coach staff, drive sales, manage scheduling, and maintain brand standards across operations, merchandising, and customer care. Competitive bonus programs and growth opportunities accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and at least 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong leadership ability.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
• Career-driven, strong work ethic and high performance standards
• High level of initiative/self-starter.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures.

Responsabilités

• Inspire, mentor, and develop store team to achieve store sales goals and customer engagement.
• Recruit, hire, and coach top talent while maintaining optimal staffing levels.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by styling and fitting customers based on needs.
• Build business and client relationships through in-store events and client outreach.
• Oversee performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and manage staff development.
• Partner with District Manager and People Operations Specialist on personnel matters while upholding Open Door Policy.
• Communicate store needs to District Manager regarding employee relations and operations.
• Manage store scheduling to ensure proper coverage based on business needs.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing to meet deadlines.
• Represent the brand and ensure team embodies brand in interactions with customers.
