This part‑time or full‑time position requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to premium denim customer service, with weekend and night shifts expected.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to store sales goals and achieve personal targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by styling customers to fit needs.
• Set the standard for customer engagement and brand representation.
• Build client relationships to drive store sales and brand excitement.
• Assist with training, coaching and developing associates for performance.
• Lead the store team on culture, operations and policies.
• Manage payroll to meet guidelines and provide proper coverage.
• Execute directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing.
• Communicate with Store Manager about daily operations and development goals.
• Represent the brand in all customer interactions.
• Ensure Loss Prevention policies are followed; assist with audits and inventories.
