7 For All Mankind in New York is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the Store Manager in daily operations, including sales, service, recruiting and training, and ensuring store standards. You will lead by example, drive sales, and coach the team to deliver the premium denim experience.

Formación

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Contributes to the overall store success by ensuring store sales goals are met while also achieving individual sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by styling and wardrobing each customer based on their needs.
