Job summary

Puttshack Addison is seeking a bartender to mix and serve cocktails and beverages, delivering an elevated guest experience. You will work in a fast-paced, tech-infused venue with emphasis on guest service and accuracy.

The role emphasizes craft cocktails, guest interaction, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines. Flexible, variable schedules with competitive pay and benefits are offered to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age to apply.
• Prior craft cocktail experience in high volume restaurant or bar.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• Must obtain required licenses and certifications per state/local requirements.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.
• Safely and effectively communicate to perform and follow requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game every day.
• Greet guests with a warm invite and sincere smile.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and instructions.
• Stock/restock bar areas with alcohol, glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies.
• Follow all steps of service to effectively service a full bar top, cocktail station, and dining area.
• Anticipate guests' needs and show attentiveness to exceed expectations.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Safely transport food and beverages.
• Keep areas tidy and comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Give direction to barbacks and be a team player.
• Complete alcohol awareness training.
