Job summary

Benihana - Addison is seeking an experienced Bartender to craft cocktails and engage guests while delivering premium bar experiences. You will anticipate guest needs, prepare a wide range of drinks, and uphold the brand’s high energy in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have strong mixology knowledge, the ability to multitask, and excel in guest interaction. Shift availability includes nights and weekends, with on-site work and comprehensive employee dining and benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant.
• Proficient knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers and spirits.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve signature cocktails and beverages to meet high standards.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail recipes.
• Engage guests with recommendations and interactive service.
• Process drink orders accurately in the POS system.
• Maintain bar setup, stock, and cleanliness before, during, and after shifts.
• Assist with food orders for bar guests and ensure timely delivery.
• Adhere to health, safety and sanitation standards.
