Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails and serve guests in a fast-paced, tech-infused venue. You will mix drinks, follow recipes, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a clean, organized bar.

This role offers base pay plus tips, flexible scheduling, and benefits where offered. Shifts typically run across 7 days, with hours from 11am to 1am, and a strong emphasis on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have craft cocktail experience in a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and customer-service communication skills.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and meet state/local licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide warm, professional service.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standard procedures.
• Stock and restock bar areas with alcohol, garnishes, and supplies.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and safety standards.
• Coordinate with barbacks and team to ensure smooth service.
• Complete alcohol awareness training and follow company policies.
