Position Title: Premium Coordinator (Part-Time Seasonal) at Truist Field

Pay Range: $18.00 to $18.00

Job Summary

This part‑time, event‑based role runs primarily from April to September, with additional special events during the offseason. The Premium Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the Premium Department, ensuring suites are fully prepared, stocked, and serviced to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, managing inventory, supporting food and beverage distribution, and maintaining high standards of presentation, safety, and customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer clerical functions and support for the Premium Department.
• Ensure suites are set up before guest arrival and that food presentation and quantities meet established standards.
• Collaborate with suite attendants and culinary staff for proper presentation and set food quantities.
• Distribute food and beverage from the pantry to suites in a timely manner.
• Maintain pantry product inventory and related duties.
• Create, modify, or close individual sale checks via electronic tablet.
• Work effectively and maintain good relationships with co‑workers.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
