You will coordinate staffing, manage inventory, and assist with food and beverage distribution, using tablets to handle sale checks. The position offers perks like Instapay and wellness programs through the Levy associates.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented hospitality professional providing administrative and operational support for the Premium Department, ensuring suites are fully prepared, stocked, and serviced.
• Skilled in coordinating staffing, managing inventory, supporting food and beverage distribution, and maintaining high standards of presentation, safety, and customer service.
• Creates, modifies, or closes sale checks via electronic tablet.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of Premium Department
• Ensures suites are set-up prior to guest arrival and that established food presentation and quantities are met
• Ensures all suites in designated area are properly set before guests arrive
• Works closely with suite attendants and culinary staff to ensure proper presentation and set food quantities are met
• Responsible for food/beverage distribution from the pantry to suites
• Pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties
• Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion
• Maintains and performs product inventory
• Understands menu offerings
• Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet
• Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies
• Performs other duties as assigned
