Description

The Premium Concierge serves as liaison between Kaseya Center premium guests and Arena staff to ensure Five Star Service is provided in Ticketing, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and general Arena Operations. The Premium Concierge manages the Premium entrances, from luxury suite level to center court seats, and assists with guest service issues, providing top customer services to Elite members.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving event-night ticketing issues of premium clients.
• Develop proficiency with, and be able to explain all mobile ticketing initiatives, including Miami HEAT Mobile App and Ticketmaster.
• Assisting guests, building individual connections, and providing direction with any questions or concerns.
• Ensuring ingress and egress runs smoothly, and congestion is avoided.
• Issuing guests passes as needed and within regulations.
• Maintaining exclusivity for all premium lounges, including Hyde and Bacardi Ocho Suite Level.
