Job summary

Oak View Group seeks a Premium Concessions Manager to lead all premium food and beverage operations at the Macon Centreplex. You will oversee clubs, lounges, suites, bars, and specialty locations, directing a team of supervisors and hourly staff to deliver outstanding service and maximize profitability.

The role requires organizational excellence, hands-on leadership, and a capacity to manage multiple events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years in a leadership role within premium hospitality, concessions, clubs, suites, or luxury F&B operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS/inventory management systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on events.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and have a web-related background.
• ServSafe Food Handler certification or other State Food Safety Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all premium concessions operations across the venue including clubs, suites, lounges, bars, portable bars, and specialty concession locations.
• Manage day-to-day event operations, ensuring premium locations are staffed, stocked, and prepared for service.
• Recruit, interview, train, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly team members.
• Create and implement training programs focused on guest service excellence, food safety, beverage standards, and procedures.
• Develop staffing plans and labor strategies to meet fluctuating demands while controlling labor costs.
• Partner with culinary, warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
