Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the venue's catering, concessions, and premium services operations. You will supervise managers and staff, ensure compliance with labor and alcohol policies, and help drive profitability through effective scheduling, budgeting, and vendor relations.

The role emphasizes team leadership, financial reporting, and a focus on guest experience in a fast-paced live entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in the food-related or concessions industry.
• Nationally recognized sanitation training certification.
• Ability to communicate clearly and foster a positive work environment.
• Ability to make sound business/operations decisions quickly and under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall effective management of catering, concessions, premium, and beverage operations.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies and labor laws.
• Supervise and coach employees; manage hiring, termination, and promotions.
• Generate and review budgets, labor costs, and P&L statements.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing needs, and payroll reporting.
• Develop menus and marketing plans with department heads.
• Establish relationships with show managers, suppliers, and guests.
