Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of inventory procedures and controls.
• Experience ordering products for a high‑volume venue or facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and mentor a staff of concessions employees, including initiating discipline as required.
• Document employee performance and attendance issues in accordance with policy.
• Ensure proper setup of all concession locations prior to doors: inventory, duties, sanitation, readiness, and cash handling.
• Provide high‑level oversight to ensure efficient and profitable event execution.
• Oversee inventory, order product, and manage high‑volume sales.
• Run all concessions operations before, during, and after events, including staffing and POS monitoring.
• Train new and current employees on property procedures and best practices.
• Direct Concessions Supervisors, Stand Managers, Concession Cooks, and Cashiers; ensure safety and compliance.
• Report alcohol service or compliance issues to the Director of F&B.
• Complete post‑event evaluations and generate reports; serve as POS trainer.
