Job summary

Proof of the Pudding, a premier catering provider at the Gas South District Convention Center, seeks a Food Hall Concessions Line Attendant to deliver guest service and prepare premium offerings.

The role requires high-volume, fast-paced environment work with strong teamwork and POS/cash handling. Part-time schedule with evening/weekend shifts and potential for event coverage; starting pay $13-$15/hour. Daily meals per shift and equal opportunity employment are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in concessions, restaurants, or food service preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Food Handler Certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium menu items according to recipes and safety guidelines.
• Provide warm, professional customer service and greet guests.
• Process orders and operate the POS system.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and stock supplies.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and event setup/breakdown.
