The Florida Panthers Hockey Club is seeking an Account Executive, Concert & Event Sales to sell Premium Seating, Concert Memberships and Suite Rentals for concerts and events at Amerant Bank Arena and War Memorial Auditorium. This on-site, full-time role reports to the Manager, Premium Sales and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will build client relationships, maximize revenue, and provide a best-in-class premium experience for guests while using CRM and ticketing

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within sports, live entertainment, or hospitality preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in high-volume settings.
• Strong client focus and outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to prospect, manage pipelines, and close new business.
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing platforms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for Premium Seating, Concert Memberships, and Suite Rentals.
• Drive new business, renewals and upsell opportunities; manage pipeline and revenue goals.
• Conduct in-venue appointments, client tours, and premium space demonstrations.
• Maintain timely CRM entries and generate regular pipeline updates.
• Support events and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
