Job summary

Ennismore in partnership with Cain International will reopen Delano Miami Beach as a flagship luxury hotel featuring 171 rooms and multiple F&B concepts. We seek a Delano Service Agent - PBX to join a fast-paced, guest‑centric team under the Bar Manager, delivering elevated beverage service while upholding the brand’s famed standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending cocktails, accurately taking orders, processing payments, and maintaining pristine service areas.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and service standards.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain positive working relationships with team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly, creating an inviting atmosphere.
• Present menus and provide recommendations on cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Accurately take beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver cocktails and beverages with proper presentation and quality.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address needs or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and stations.
• Adhere to alcohol service laws, safety regulations, and policies.
• Collaborate with bartenders and staff to ensure seamless service flow.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.
