Job summary

Zero Bond Las Vegas is seeking a Host Person to greet members and their guests, manage check-ins, and handle inquiries with warmth and discretion in a premium club setting.

You will coordinate reservations, support table management, and maintain a polished front desk while adhering to grooming standards. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential, as are scheduling flexibility and 21+ age.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience as a host or in a guest-facing role.
• Available to work all shifts including holidays.
• Proficient with SevenRooms and Peoplevine.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• 21+ years old and able to obtain required licensing.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage high-volume phone lines and direct inquiries promptly.
• Support manager with table management to maximize seating.
• Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready front desk.
• Confirm member validity and communicate with the team in real time.
• Build rapport with returning guests and relay feedback to management.
• Coordinate all reservations, including large parties, using approved systems.
• Adhere to grooming, attire and uniform standards at all times.
• Attend trainings and stay informed about daily priorities and offerings.
• Perform duties per Wynn policies and procedures.
