Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a part-time Premium Club Food & Beverage Expeditor to join the team at TD Garden in Boston, MA. The role focuses on expediting orders for the Premium Club and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely fulfillment of food and beverage items for guests.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience or training as an expediter in a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of beers, wines, and cocktails.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Attend pre-shift briefing and take note of service scheduling, organization, food and beverage, guest notes, etc.
• Fulfill food and beverage orders as quickly as possible.
• Communicate with the kitchen and inseat runners on orders and product needed.
• Be prepared to answer guest questions on menu items.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients and preparations; identify items by appearance.
• Communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and management; perform opening, mid and closing duties as outlined by management.
• Maintain workspace cleanliness and organization at all times.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Premium Club Food & Beverage Expeditors to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As an Expeditor, you will be responsible for for quickly responding to orders within the club seats. The primary role will be expediting food and beverages for the Premium Club. This will involve closely communicating with the kitchen, to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Pay

$20.00 – $20.00 / hour

What will you do?
