The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, along with a high school diploma; prior experience in closing is preferred. Compensation ranges from $23 to $30 per hour, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

• Experience as a Closing Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Closer to ensure excellent client experience.
• Assist in the preparation of closing documents.
• Review title commitments and assist in resolving title issues.
