Responsibilities

• Open files through SoftPro Select and update the system with changes.
• Create preliminary E-CRV’s for closing and schedule closings.
• Draft Closing Protection Letters (CPL’s) and Preliminary Closing Disclosures.
• Send out title commitments to lenders, borrowers, agents, and real estate closers.
• Handle escrow accounting and disburse closing files in AIM+.
• Prepare closing documents for buyers and sellers with attention to detail.
• Assist closing professionals in post-closing and participate in continuing education.
