Job summary

Ghirardelli Chocolate is seeking energetic Retail Hourly Associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will merchandise, stock, and provide attentive service while selling our premium chocolate line.

Starting pay rate is $18.42/hr with tips. The role requires high energy, reliability, and flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Strong communication, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and with a team.
• Time management and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to operate a dishwashing machine.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist customers.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions using company procedures.
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays and pricing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and Fountain area.
• Assist with fountain operations, toppings prep, and inventory.
