Westwing is seeking a Senior Associate Brand Service to coordinate daily Brand Buying and Production operations in a fast-paced environment. You will support product go-lives by gathering information and images from brand partners and ensure data supports sustainability initiatives.

The role requires a business/economics degree, a proactive ownership mindset, and excellent communication. Knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Salesforce are valuable assets in a collaborative, international team.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in business, economics or a comparable field of study.
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset with ownership and the ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with colleagues and brand partners.
• Good knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily operations with Brand Buying and Production teams.
• Assist in go-lives on the website by collecting information/images from brand partners.
• Collect data from brands to support sustainability and compliance initiatives, using AI/automation where possible.
• Collaborate with partners on non-permanent assortments and establish contracts.
