• Meet deadlines and achieve sales objectives for store performance
• Recruit and interview personnel using the PRIDE model
• Maintain store appearance per visual guidelines and brand standards
• Deliver World Class Service and professional phone etiquette
• Protect company assets including inventory and cash management
• Create and maintain weekly work schedules to maximize sales
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards
• Partner with HR to move issues to closure
