JCPenney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in Las Vegas, NV, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a team, ensure store standards, and assist with merchandising, operations, and daily management tasks on a shift-by-shift basis.
