Job summary

SMCP North America (US, CANADA) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on delivering a premier customer experience, coaching staff, and achieving sales metrics in a luxury retail environment.

You will lead by example, drive store performance, and mentor a team through product knowledge and selling tools while maintaining SMCP brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines. The position requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of prior supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Fosters an environment of teamwork and trust while supporting team growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as role model delivering memorable customer experiences as the boutique host.
• Maintain personal sales goals and lead by example, typically contributing around 20% of store sales.
• Coach and assess team members on KPI performance, conversion, and units per transaction.
• Provide product knowledge training to new hires and ensure adherence to brand merchandising guidelines.
• Resolve customer issues with the aim of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
