OTB Group North America in the United States seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its flagship Las Vegas location. You will own the store results, drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and maintain brand standards on the sales floor and in operations.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager, regional partners, and HR to execute merchandising, training, and customer experience initiatives while ensuring policy compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail management or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain understanding of the business strategy and store targets; support the Store Manager in developing strategy and action plans.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop store associates; coach and give feedback.
• Drive client development, clienteling, and CRM compliance to grow the customer base.
